I never planned to be running a marathon but somehow I ended up joining a running group during lockdown who then decided to run a marathon. I resisted for as long as possible but in the end I decided it could be fun and would raise some money for charity as well! My dad died of heart disease many years ago so the BHF seemed liked a great cause to support. Thank you for your donations :-) Phill.
