I've decided to finally do another organised run, since my 2005 Manchester 10k was a long time ago, and it's time to try and be a little more fit!

I'm supporting Trees For Cities because when we're all older, it'll be nice to think that we're leavng the planet to our children in a slightly better state than we could have.  The things we do are choking theplanet so let'sjust plant some more trees and hope against hope that it makes a difference for the people we leave behind.
