If you don't know by now, me and my friend Graham are raising money for the Natonal Autistic Society. We are doing this by cycling around the Black Forest. We aim to complete a 250 mile circuit, at roughly 40 miles per day for 7 days.
Why the Black Forest, I hear you ask? Because it's very hilly and very wet the time of year we're going, and we figured the thought of us slogging up a hill with rain running down our necks would put a smile on your faces.
Unlike some sponsored cycle rides, which can use upto 40% of the raised funds for administration, travel and accommodation, we are funding the trip ourselves, so all of the money you donate will go to help the National Autistic Society support parents, adults and children who are daily affected by autism.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The National Autistic Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor us now. We'll need something to keep us going while pounding up those hills.
Many, many thanks for your support.
