I am running the Flora London Marathon on the 26th April 2009 for  "Barnardo's Childrens Charity."

Barnardo's  supports all children regardless of their race, gender,disability or behaviour.  They  believe in the abused, the vulnerable, the forgotten and  the neglected.

My wife  is a nurse who works with deprived children and always says what fantastic work Barnardo's do in supporting these children. So please donate as much as you can  to help me to help Barnardo's carry on this great work!
