Thank you so much for visiting and hopefully your kind donations to Help the Hospices.

Dad died over a year ago now in St Micheal's Hospice in Hereford. Not only did the staff there give Dad the most amazing care they also cared for my mum, my sister and I and still are.

This is an invaluable service that everyone should have the opportunity to receive if they need it and I want to make sure that this can happen.

Kate and I are running the London marathon as it is a huge challenge to both of us and something that my Dad would be proud of us doing...I'm sure he would be uncomfortable that it was in his honour and memory but it will be great to think about him for just over 26 miles!
