Wow! OK!

I've lost it! After trekking the Great Wall of China earlier this year I'm now running the Bupa Capital 10k around Hyde Park on the 20th July!

I'm sooo unfit and quite frankly it'll be a miracle if I run ALL the way, but I'm gonna give it my best shot! It's for the kids of London don't forget!
