As many of you will know, diabetes is very close to my heart. My mum lost the fight to the disease 2 years ago and I feel that it is still such an unknown illness which can be fatal and uncomfortable. I would like to raise money for diabetes UK so others can get the support and understanding they need to continue the fight and grow strong and confident in their everyday life.
