Walk and TalkTober aims to raise money for a Health and Well-Being fund for the residents at Save the Family. The families they support are homeless with multiple and complex needs often related to significant trauma.

Throughout October, I’m aiming to walk the equivalent distance of the Sandstone Trail in Cheshire (34 miles) whilst reconnecting with family and friends.  I think I’m quite good at talking and walking - so a great combination!
