I've signed up, like every year, to hopefully provide some funds for a great cause, I am sure we all know someone who has received some of their special care. For me, there has been friends and family and more specifically my sister Susan.  This year will be especially hard to complete - I shall be undertaking it sober, yes you read that right! Me, and sober in the same sentence!  Got to be worth a few quid for my abstention!  Give if you can, or leave me a note of encouragement.
