I have been so lucky to find the MS Therapy Centre in dundee, It has quite literally changed my life for the better. I have been haveing Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment there for several years and it has helped me tremendously. I cannot praise the centre too highley with its excelent staff and volenteers.

So to help with thier much needed funding I am going to abseil from a tall building on 1st June 2013 and I hate hights. Please sponser my self and the three other idiots of the spys-fall team
