Over The Wall run free activity camps for children affected by series illnesses. These young people frequently lack confidence as a result of prolonged and isolating treatment. At camp they create a fun and positive environment where campers can act their age without worrying about their illnesses. In the presence of others facing similar challenges, feelings of isolation are overcome, confidence grows and friendships are made.

£5 Pays for a seriously ill child to enjoy a range of arts & craft activities supported by Over The Wall's volunteer Activity Leaders.

£10 Could pay for a climbing wall session for a seriously ill child. Children with illness are often excluded from activities like this in their day to day lives.

£25 Pays for a Discovery Box packed with treasures and memories of their time at Camp. The Discovery Box is designed to help the Camper reflect about their experience from Camp, and take those positive learnings with them into everyday life.

£50 Could cover the cost of a medical emergency kit containing syringes, sterile wipes, medication and protective equipment that volunteers need to help care for our campers.

£100 Could be used to train our team of volunteers. Every year we train, motivate and support a team of 650 volunteers. They give up their holiday time to ensure that children with serious illness & their families have a safe & fun experience at camp.

£500 Could fund a child's place at Over The Wall camp. This allows us to take a child with serious illness to Camp and leave behind the hospital appointments, medical procedures and uncertainty of their daily lives.
