Dear All.
Thanks for visiting this page.
On Friday the 1st April (this is no April Fools by the way) I took part in the Tough Mudder Challenge at Finsbury Park.
I can honestly say I did not enjoy the experience but knowing I was doing it for charity made it just a little bit easier.
For those of you who are not aware what a Tough Mudder is then let me explain a little.
I ran a 5km assault course that saw me running through knee high mud, being dunked into ice cold water, crawling under barbed wire, running through electric cattle wire and climbing over 20 foot walls.
Now this might not seem too bad to some of you but let me explain a few things
1) I hate running!
2) I hate the cold!
3) It SNOWED!!!!
4) I don't enjoy any form of exercise!
5) And I don't enjoy being electrocuted (who does?)!
So there must be a bloody good reason why I did this.
There is and it's Road Victims Trust
Thank you in advance
Philip
