Fundraising for YMCA Derbyshire
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Friday 24th March, a few willing volunteers from the Complex Machining Procurement team will be taking part in the YMCA 2023 Sleep Easy at Derbyshire County Cricket Ground.
Sleep Easy involves spending a night challenging yourself to
sleep rough. The night involves activities that best replicate what it’s actually like to sleep on the streets.
By spending a night in an unusual place or sleeping outside,
you will experience what it’s like to get minimal sleep as you feel vulnerable to the elements. Many people have unfortunately have to go through this and we want to raise as funds to support with providing them with a safe, warm place to live, alongside 24/7 support.
