The Stroke Appeal
Campaign by Frimley Health Charity (RCN 1049600)
We want to give patients better access to therapies to aid their recovery. This will include outdoor facilities to improve the patients’ mobility and provide a more interesting form of exercise.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’ve never run 10k in my life, but I started running in December to get fit after being laid up following shoulder reconstructive surgery by the amazing people at Frimley Park Hospital.

FPH is also where my two beautiful girls were born, and an asset to the local area - so what better cause to raise money for; if I’m going to suffer in a 10k it may as well be for something useful.

This year’s FPH appeal is to raise money for a world-class specialist stroke unit. Please give whatever you’re happy with, no matter how small - it really helps!
