Cancer, in all it's forms, is a horrific disease.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

A man dies every 45 minutes from prostate cancer.

I'm taking part in The Grand Depart Classic to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK and to raise awareness of prostate cancer.

In 2018 I will turn 40 and it's the 10th anniversary of my clinic (Active Care Chiropractic, in York) and to mark this special year I am going to be taking part in The Grand Depart Classic for Prostate Cancer UK to try to make a difference.

We will be cycling the full 195km of the first stage of the world famous Tour de France in one day, just a week before the pros show us how it should be done.
