Hello

 

My name is Phil. On the 20th day of the month of September of the year 2009, i shall begin running. Why am i running? Because i'll be in the Championship grade footballing town of Newcastle. I shall run until i am either no longer in Newcastle, or i reach a finish line. In a perfect world, the finish line would be placed at the city limits so i can attain some kind of double victory emotion.

 

Anyway, in order for me to do this run, i need £300.00 sponsorship. The reasoning behind this is a lot more serious. I'm partaking in this particular half marathon on behalf of the British Lung Foundation in memory of Mr Peter Fenna. Uncle Pete sadly passed away earlier this year and, as a result, three young men whom he made a large impact upon will be supporting the BLF by running this run.
