Hello one and all.

I've decided to run again in the Birmingham Half Marathon on Sunday 11 October 2009, and hoping to complete this in under 2 hours.

Last year, I collected a considerable amount of sponsorship money for The Birmingham Children's Hospital, and attempted to collect a similar amount this year, and hopefully break the £500 mark.
