Hello my friends!

Dad and I are running the Abbey Dash in November for fun and to do another challenge together. Dad has done a quite few 10K’s and half marathons but this is only my third race. Dad retires next April so it's apt that the run is to raise money for Age UK as he will almost be raising money for himself! We are going for personal bests and will be finishing in less than 50 minutes….with a bit of luck anyway!
