Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most of you know I benefited personally from the great work that these guys do in Nov 2008 and I want to try and give something back.  A lot of my friends in Wigan, Telford, Bridgnorth, Exeter, Regensburg and Detroit have been touched in some way by heart disease over the last 4 years.

You will also know I am not a runner... so this is going to be tough.
