We provide mental health training to help people look after their wellbeing

Story

A very late decision to run my third half marathon on March 6th- perhaps the inspiration of my mother's OBE along with my brother's inspirational interview on Cambridge FM. If you can spare a fiver...I would be so very grateful!

25 Years ago, my brother Charlie took his life. Depression was rarely spoken about and we had not spotted the warning signs as a family. We set up the Charlie Waller Trust soon after his death and are determined as a family and as a charity to try and prevent as many similar tragedies happening as possible.

Our focus is on the young, so that our educational programmes in schools, colleges, universities and the work place can inform as many people as possible of how to look after oneself as well as each other.

Please support and share the details of our website www.charliewaller.org not necessarily just to raise money, but also so that as many people can have access to our free resources and can see what we offer.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
