I am fundraising for Just Walk Again 2020. I will be walking xxx miles because I believe it is time to Step Out, Step Up and Stop Annexation. The Israeli government is starting its plan to annex up to 1/3 of the Occupied Palestinian Territories of the West Bank. This is without the agreement of the Palestinian people who will once again lose their land, their rights and their freedom of movement. Annexation is illegal under international law and will lead to a permanent apartheid regime. Governments around the world, including the UK, have already voiced their opposition. But Israel looks set to go ahead despite its claims to uphold democracy and the rule of law. So I am joining Amos Trust in walking again to draw attention to yet another injustice against the Palestinian people. Together were going to walk 3,000 miles in our local areas and between us we will cover the distance from London to Jerusalem.
