Sadly, the death of a baby is not a rare event: around 15 babies die before, during or soon after birth every day in the UK.

Sands exists to support anyone affected by the death of a baby, to improve the bereavement care received by parents and families, and to promote research to reduce the number of babies dying - so every penny is so valuable. 

I signed up for this challenge earlier in the year and have been training (or "paining") hard. I hope to finish the whole 100k in one go - ideally in less than 15 hours! Please help motivate me in my final weeks training, and on the day, by giving whatever you can afford.
