Story
I have been involved in the homeless football sessions in Cambridge for several years now and I am aware of the great and vital work that support services including Wintercomfort offer to their service users. Although football is only a small part of what the support services offer, it is the part I know most about. I have first hand experience of the positive impact it has on improving both physical, mental health and well being. Quote from a service user ' I love our football sessions because I can forget about all the stress and problems that I have for an hour every week whilst playing. It gives me something positive to look forward to for next week'.
