We are undertaking a sponsored 25.5 mile walk on Wednesday 4th July for Dementia Awareness Week and to raise money for activity resources. The plan is to use mainly
canal paths with some roads, you are very welcome to join me for part or all of the journey and the times are;

6.30am leave QE to go to Good Hope,

11.5 miles, arrive hopefully around 11.45am

12.30pm leave Good Hope to go to Heartlands,

8 miles, arrive hopefully around 3.30pm

4.15pm leave Heartlands to go to Solihull,

6 miles, arrive hopefully around 6.30pm
