Oxford Half Marathon 2021 · 17 October 2021 ·
At the start of the first lockdown I started running again just as a way to keep fit and protect my mental health and last year ran my first ever half marathon. It has become a constant and a positive in a year which everyone has struggled in.
I decided that I wanted to use the running not only to help myself but make a very small difference to the lives of those living with cancer. That's why this year I have set myself the challenge of running at least 52 half marathons with Oxford hopefully being the fastest!
Thanks for supporting my fundraising. At Macmillan, we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are our worries. We’re doing whatever it takes. But without your help we can’t support everyone who needs us. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.
