40/120 State of Mind Challenge The point of the 40/120 challenge is to highlight the numbers of people every year who take their own life around the world. In 2023 there were approximately 800,000 people around the world who took their own life and this means that one person every 40 seconds took their own life.

All runners will attempt to raise between £40 and £120 to help support the work of State of Mind Sport

State of Mind Sport is a charity that harnesses the power of sport to promote POSITIVE mental health among our sportsmen and women, fans and wider communities, and ultimately to prevent suicide. Check out the website here www.stateofmindsport.org for more
information about their amazing work
