After the incredible success of our 2022 inaugural event, raising over £26,000 for the hospice of the good shepherd and local good causes, we are DELIGHTED to announce that the Farndon soapbox derby is back in 2023!

Story

Thank you for visiting our Farndon Soapbox Derby Rusty Nuts team page.

We finished 6th out of 33 karts and what a great day out for competitor and spectator. Pretty good for a home made machine built out of scrap parts or tip finds v some professionally built machines.

Our  Kart was modelled to look like a mini car Stu's dad Tick Tock built for him to go around the garden

A big thank you to Tom and Jon who provided the muscle power to get us rolling.

A lot of people worked really hard to put this event on and c £30k raised so far so any donation to our team will be a fantastic support to The Hospice of the Good Shepherd!

Thank you

Stu and Phil
