As many of you may know, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018 and after further investigation had radical surgery in February 2020

A year on and things are going well but I couldn’t have managed without the support of Force Cancer South West, an amazing charity run by amazing people

Like many charities, Force weren’t able to run their fund raising programme in 2020 including their major event, The Nello

The Nello is a 100 mile charity cycle ride taking in the Devon countryside, with 1,500 participants.

One of the obvious downsides of prostate cancer is that cycling is off the agenda, which for a keen cyclist was hard. I haven’t ridden a bike for two years but now feel that the time is right

I have just under three months to prepare for the 100 mile Nello and would like to raise as much money for Force as I can
