Myself along with other members of the Pembrey & Burry Port Cycle Club are taking on the Medio Fondo Challenge of the Wiggle Dragon Cycle Ride on 7th June 2015 for Macmillan cancer charity

153km which will mean a lot of hill climbing, something which I'm not a big fan of but I'm prepared to put my body through this to support others, please support us , many thanks
