Robin Hood Half Marathon 2014 · 28 September 2014 ·
Hello!
Well, as most of you now know, I MADE IT. I was running round Nottingham for 2 hours, 23 minutes and 43 seconds and my legs are now reliving every single moment of it. I finished 5,795th our of 7,248 who completed the run. It was an immense challenge for me, particularly the last three miles, but of course nothing in comparison to the thousands of children and their families each year who are dealing with cancer.
Thank you all so much for supporting me and sponsoring me. Of course, if you haven't yet sponsored me the good news is there is still time - this page is open until the end of October, after which time I will know what my grand total will be.
Thank you all again, I you have all made it all the training and that little bit more worthwhile.

Three years ago, I never thought I would be able to run to the end of the street, let alone a half marathon. Now, I have run a few 10Ks, but this is a completely new challenge as I will have to run twice as far!
As part of Team Rossi, I am taking part in the Robin Hood Half Marathon on 28th September to raise money for Clic Sargent. This charity supports children with cancer and their families, and they are currently supporting my friend and her family whose 4 year old son is battling Leukaemia. I hope to be able to raise some money to thank Clic Sargent for the support they provide to families like my friend's and thousands of others every year.
If you are able to support me in any way, I would be truly grateful.
