Ben is part of a group of 60 riders, hoping to cycle 500 miles from Bristol to Bordeaux in 4 days, on the pedal for PROPS cycle challenge. The aim is to raise vital funds for the Bristol based charity PROPS.

To take part in this challenge each rider must raise a minimum of £750 through sponsorship. All of this money goes directly to PROPS as each rider pays their own event costs themselves.

PROPS provide much needed opportunities and support for young disabled people. They achieve this by using a number of different strategies including community involvement and partnerships
