On January 27th 2023, I'll be on the start-line for the 'La Sportiva Mudcrew Events 100 Mile Arc Of Attrition'

"The Arc is a point-to-point extreme coastal race from Coverack to Porthtowan, taking in 100 miles of stunning and dramatic Cornish Coastpath. Competitors run in challenging winter conditions and will complete an Arc around the entire south west foot of Cornwall"

I have immense passion for endurance running, and have completed some exciting, but slightly crazy runs. The Arc, however, remains the one event I've yet to master (despite 4 previous entries)

Whilst I am under no illusion that this is an extremely demanding event in the depths of a British Winter, I am approaching with renewed enthusiasm, a structured training plan over the last 12 months  and I look forward to crossing the finish-line in Porthtowan. 

Ledbury Foodbank

Ledbury Foodbank is a local independent charity, run entirely by unpaid volunteers.  It's no secret that we are currently deep in to a cost of living crisis. Many people are currently struggling to make ends meet, and it's estimated that between 1st April 2021 and 31st March 2022, foodbanks across the UK distributed 2.1 Million emergency food parcels.
