Story

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we said goodbye to Peter on 11 February.   He leaves a massive void in our lives and it seems so much quieter without him.   Peter waited until Lynda, George and Joe all joined him and peacefully dropped into his final sleep.  He was finally at peace after a brave and often painful fight.  Of course, right up to the end he was placing a bet, watching sport and still the loudest in the room!

He was a loving son, father, husband, uncle and friend.  If you knew him as Peter or Shag please join us to say goodbye and celebrate knowing him on 17th March 2022 at 2.45pm in the North Chapel at Eltham Crematorium followed by drinks at The Clarendon Hotel, Blackheath.   If you would like, please add a touch of colour to your outfit.  Pete loved a colourful accessory!
