Hello,

Paris is a long way from London when you're on a bike! Nevertheless, Clare and I will be cycling from London to Paris from the 11th to the 14th June to raise money for the Willen Hospice. Willen Hospice provided an outstanding level of care to one of Clare's colleagues last year in her final days suffering from cancer.

As you can see I need to raise stacks of cash so please dig deep and sponsor me online in aid of this worthy cause or just to see me limping into the office on the 15th June!
