Story
This is Peter's page for donations to Médecins Sans Frontières (UK).
Peter Dickinson was an award-winning author of children's and crime fiction. He was the first author to win the prestigious Carnegie Medal for Children's literature twice - and the first author to win the Crime Writers Association Golden Dagger for consecutive novels. He was awarded the OBE for services to literature in 2009. He was also a poet, a gardener, a keen bridge player and a much-loved husband, father and grandfather. He died after a short illness on his 88th birthday (16 Dec 2015).
He left a note with his will that he would like any donations in his memory to be given to three charities: Save the Children; The Alzheimer's Society and Médecins Sans Frontières (UK). This is the page for donations to Médecins Sans Frontières (UK).
Thank you very much for choosing to remember Peter by donating to one of his chosen charities.
