On September 23, I will be one of 15,000 cyclists completing a 100 mile circuit, including 1,700m of climbing, starting from the Goodwood Estate and out through the South Downs National Park in West Sussex, ending with a grandstand finish back at the Goodwood Motor Circuit.

This is the first time I have attempted something like this having started road cycling less than a year ago and as part of the challenge I am collecting donations for the Alzheimer’s Society and would be really grateful for any contributions.
