Why I’m doing this………

There are many children going through our education system that are seen as difficult or different and do not receive the right type of support they deserve and NEED, within our schools.

Without the support of a charitable organisation such as SOS SEN, the system is a complete maze.

If you try and go it alone this can cause untold stress for all concerned, in worse cases it can tear families apart.

The system is not there to help you, it is there to slow you up, misguide you, and send you down so many confusing roads. Many parents will simply give up, and trust that the schools and education system are doing the best for your sons or daughters. DO NOT TRUST THE SYSTEM

If you have any concerns with your children’s behaviour or education, I urge you to pick up the phone and contact SOS SEN. They are a friendly, independent and confidential Helpline.

They have been there, done that and bought the T shirt and more importantly know how to guide you round all the hurdles put in front of you.
