Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In September, Jane and I should have been celebrating Alice’s 21 birthday.  This is not going to be the case and we will quietly reflect on how different things could have been.

Since Alice’s death in 1995 Jane and I have been keen supporters of GOSH, donating regularly and we’ve even been known to wear the t-shirt.  Many of you may have helped us with our Big Bang for Babies and the raffling of tickets for the opportunity to blow-up a bridge over the A1 which raised over £5000.

Recently, we both took up road cycling and I completed the London to Cambridge cycle ride in 2014 and Jane completed this event last year raising £1,123 and £570 respectively for our chosen charity GOSH.

I know there have been a number of events where people have been raising money for very worthwhile causes but if you would consider supporting me by donating even £1 or £2, it would be greatly appreciated.

Our dedication "To poppet" An angel in the book of life wrote down our baby's birth then added as he closed the book "too beautiful for earth".
