On Sunday 1st July I am cycling 92km, that's 92,000 m, that's ... ,well you get the picture, to raise money for Headway.

This charity was established in 1997 by people affected by brain injury and professionals working in neurological rehabilitation.

Headway East London aims to support those affected by brain injury and build a society where brain injury survivors are valued, respected and given every opportunity to live full and active lives.
