I now work for an organisation called Insight Healthcare. I would like to raise awareness of this 'well run' organisation and to spread the word of it's effectiveness in people's lives that has received and are receiving psychological therapy.

I plan to run a 200 mile Ultra marathon event within 60 hours at Avon Tyrrell, Hampshire during a long weekend from the 17th – 20th May 2017. In a nutshell here is the event:
