London to Brussels Cycle · 5 September 2013 to 8 September 2013 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

25 miles in the wind and rain = :( but for fitness value = :)

A big shout out to everyone from Telford to Texas who have dug deep to sponsor me. THANK YOU.

To stay motivated on my personal fitness crusade I sought a personal challenge and came across the London-Brussels cycle ride to raise funds for Alzheimer's Society.

After some hesitation I signed up on January 1st and now have to train hard and raise lots of cash to be successful.

I've also had to start from scratch and buy a bike and all the associated kit; so i'm very committed to getting to the finish line.

It's a great cause and a personal fitness target, so please help .... dig deep and donate now.

For every £500 received, 40 people will receive help from the National Helpline. £1000 pays for a weeks clinical research into the disease. We all hate to see the demise of loved ones, so lets see if we can do something about it !

THANK YOU
