Many of you know how concerned Nim was about me when I was diagnosed with melanoma three years ago.  When it spread to my liver last year I was lucky to be chosen for vemurafenib, a cancer drug that featured in the BBC Horizon programme on April 10 2012 and included the story of my case http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01g7lhb.  Throughout Macmillan nurses have supported me and we know Nim appreciated this.
