A bunch of silly lads from work and I thought it was a good idea to sign up to 8miles of woodland running interspersed with 'challenges' such as crawling though mud and being beaten by blokes with big sticks.

I'm raising money for Mind, the mental health charity. A number of people close to me have been affected by mental health problems. It is often stigmatised, which stops them getting help, even though the effects can be devastating. Even if not much cash is raised, hopefully a bit of awareness will be!
