In 2018 the Rwandan government announced that only persons who held a government approved degree would be permitted to preach. This would come into force in 2023. Few pastors in the Diocese have a government acceptable degree, and with a significant number of pastors due to retire, this remains a significant concern. There are now new students registered at theological colleges and we want to help them with their fees.
