I was lucky enough to attend a ball in London last week as a fund raiser for Help For Heroes, I was aware of it before attending but was unaware of the level of support these brave people need.

This event The Grim Challenge was already in the pipeline having agreed to enter about 3 weeks ago, whilst I have competed in endurance events before it has been a while, 2007 to be precise, so I'll stop dining out on my London Tri experience now!
