As part of our sponsorship of Cancer research I am undertaking an Ironman in Austria.

This entails a Swim of 3.8KM after which follows a hilly 180KM on the bike and to finish is a 42KM run.  Not an ideal way to spend a day for an overweight estate agent but its all in a good cause. Time limit for the event is 17 hours and my target is just under that !!
