I have decided to compete in my first Olympic distance triathlon, which just happens to be the course they are going to use in 2012 Olympics. The distance is 1500 metre swim / 40k bike ride / 10k run...EASY!

My Father passed away last month after a long battle with illness. My Father supported the British Lung Foundation and i wanted to carry this tradition on and decided to enter the triathlon and raise money for this great cause.
