Story
After last years highly successful London Bridges sponsored walk where we raised just short of £1800.00, Katie & myself are again raising money for Hearts & Souls who support cardiac rehabilitation in South Bucks, by joining their 5 mile Thames Valley walk on 22nd July 2018
I know 5 miles doesn’t sound too ambitious, but this is much more about raising money for worthwhile local charity than setting out on a personal challenge – I do plenty of them already!
So don't be shy ...... you never know when you or some-one close might be grateful for their service.
Having benefited from this excellent/invaluable/vital/essential (I can't pick the right word) service in both 2013 and again in 2017, it gave me the confidence and knowledge to go on to continue to lose weight, improve my diet, exercise to increase my fitness & health levels and generally improve my whole lifestyle and general welfare without the fear of giving myself another heart attack ..... I'm even jogging a weekly 5km parkrun now (I hadn't ran since the 1980's)!!

We are not expecting to match last years amazing total but would gratefully welcome any donation however small or large to help Hearts & Souls continue their excellent work.
Hearts & Souls is a registered charity set up to raise more than £20,000 a year to fund the exercise classes, equipment and specialist trainers for the award-winning cardiac rehabilitation programme in Buckinghamshire.
This helps around 1,000 patients get back to normal life after cardiac events every year. This part of the rehabilitation programme is not funded by the NHS and relies entirely on charitable donations and without Hearts & Souls this service would just not exist.
