My younger sister, Claire, died suddenly aged 22 from a previously undiagnosed heart condition and comes under the banner of SADS - Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. She was healthy and had no symptoms or tell tale signs. It was a complete shock, totally out of the blue. So we have been raising funds in her memory to help the charity C-R-Y and to help fund screening of other people.
