Story
Dear All
I am taking part in the Snowdonia Challenge on July 6th to raise money for Regain which helps people who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sports injury.
The challenge will take around 7 hours (to stand a chance of being in the top team finishers !) - there's some cycling, then we climb/jog up and down Snowdon, more cycling and a canoe across a lake and then some ....cycling to finish ,all of which will be fun given my limited experience of these 3 disciplines!
I hope you can make a small donation - it's going towards a great cause and many thanks !
